  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • During festive seasons, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
  • Eligible orders or promotional offers may qualify for Free Shipping, which will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number.

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment through our courier partner.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Teeshift is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
